1 Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?.

2. What data is processed, for what purposes and on what grounds?
Your personal data may be processed for any of the following purposes:
PURPOSE 1 - Management of contact with users of the website
Description of the purpose: to manage the personal data of users who contact Caminos Sagradis through the contact form made available to users. Your data will be processed in order to manage this contact, deal with queries, doubts or comments that you send us through the channels provided for this purpose on our website.
Basis of legitimacy: art. 6.1.b) RGPD - Processing necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.

PURPOSE 2 - Fulfilment of legal obligations
Description of the purpose: your personal data may be processed in compliance with those legal obligations imposed on Caminos Sagrados in any order.
Basis of legitimacy: art. 6.1.c) RGPD - Processing necessary for compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the controller.
Data processed for this purpose: any category of personal data that is already being processed by the controller for any other previously informed purpose of the processing.
3. Where does the personal data we process come from?
The data that Caminos Sagrados processes as a result of the interactions carried out by the user through our website come from the following sources:
Data obtained as a result of browsing and use of the website by the user.
Data provided by the interested party/user in the contact form provided on the website, by sending emails, or by any other means by which the interested party establishes communication with Caminos Sagrados.
Third-party data provided by the user. If the personal data provided is that of a third party, the user guarantees that he/she has informed them of the Privacy Policy and has obtained their authorisation to provide their data to Caminos Sagrados for the aforementioned purposes.
In any of the cases whose origin is directly the user or interested party, the latter guarantees that the data provided are accurate and up to date, being responsible for any damage or harm, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a consequence of non-compliance with this obligation.
4. To whom is the personal data communicated?
In order to comply with the aforementioned purposes, your personal data may be communicated to the following recipients:
TARGET 1: Where applicable, Judges, Courts and Public Administration.
TARGET 2: suppliers and collaborating entities of Caminos Sagrados, for the achievement of the services and purposes informed to the user of the website.
TARGET 3: Suppliers of Caminos Sagrados that, where appropriate, are contracted to measure web traffic and user behaviour by means of cookies and similar systems, in accordance with the Cookies Policy.
The international transfer of participants' personal data is not envisaged. However, in the event of any international transfer, it shall in any case be carried out in accordance with the requirements of current legislation, by adopting the appropriate legal guarantees, which may consist of the formalisation with the recipient of the data of (i) Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to legitimise the international transfer of data to third countries or (ii) another valid legal instrument that guarantees an adequate level of protection equivalent to that of the European Economic Area.
5. How long do we process and store your personal data?
The personal data provided by the data subject will be processed and retained for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the stated purposes. They may also be kept for as long as they are necessary for compliance with a legal obligation or for the formulation, exercise and defence of claims.
If the data subject exercises the rights of cancellation or deletion, their data will be kept blocked at the disposal of the Administration of Justice for the legally established periods in order to attend to possible liabilities arising from the processing of personal data.
Likewise, the interested party is informed that their data will be kept in accordance with the legal periods applicable in each case, taking into account the type of personal data processed and the purpose of the processing. When the processing ceases to be necessary, the affected data will be blocked in such a way that they are only available when required by the Public Administrations and courts that may require them, as well as in anticipation of their need for the exercise, formulation or defence of any action or claim that may arise from the activity carried out.
Once any applicable legal retention period has expired and any actions that may arise from the relationship maintained, your data will be completely deleted. More information in the data processing section of the general terms and conditions. Data relating to medical intolerances, allergies or special mobility needs are deleted at the end of the service.
6. What are your rights regarding personal data?
We remind you that as a data subject you can exercise your rights of access, rectification or deletion, limitation of processing, opposition, portability and to oppose automated individual decisions before Caminos Sagrados. The interested party may revoke their consent in the event that it has been granted for a specific purpose, and may modify their preferences at any time.
